Georgette hails originally from the Denfield area. She spent her early years, enjoying the farm life. Always eager to help others, it was not surprising she decided to explore a career that would enable her to do so. Through her co-op program in high school, Georgette was able to sample the life of a massage therapist. Georgette went on to graduate from The D'Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy and has been a registered massage therapist since July, 2005. Her career at Body Essence began shortly thereafter.

Georgette thrives on the knowledge that she can aid in the reduction of tension her clients’ are taxed with, from day to day, wear and tear, on their bodies. She uses Swedish massage as a therapeutic means to promote relaxation and pain relief. She is confident that massage therapy is an effective alternative treatment, which is most beneficial to those who suffer conditions, such as; tension headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, muscle aches and strains and tendonitis. In the spring of 2006, Georgette became a certified foot reflexologist through the Ontario College of Reflexology. She uses reflexology to promote an overall sense of well being by enhancing reflexes located in the foot. These reflexes correspond to certain areas of the body and encourage the body to self heal.

Georgette will not only give you the best massage you have ever had, she will personalize your treatment. If you need specific stretches or exercises that will extend the benefits of your massage, she will share these with you. If she feels you would benefit from other treatments, she will not hesitate to refer you. She is an integral part of our team at Body Essence, and she truly has your best interests at heart!

At the young age of 16, Jamie’s passion for cosmetology began to blossom. After taking multiple cosmetology classes in high school, Jamie’s pursuit of further education in the cosmetology world lead her to Lambton College in Sarnia where she became a Certified Esthetician in 2014 and a Licensed Hair Stylist in 2019. Since then, Jamie continues to dedicate time to professional development by participating in various cosmetology classes to hone her skills.

Born and raised in Delaware, Jamie’s small town charm adds to the relaxing experience she aims to create for her clients. She uses only the highest quality products in every area of her service, and aspires to help her clients look and feel their very best.

In her spare time, Jamie enjoys going for long walks and hikes with her Husband, A.J., spending time with family, tending to her gardens, and being with her niece and nephew! She can’t wait to meet you!

Living and working in a small community has given me the opportunity to build lasting relationships with my clients, and that’s something I truly value. My chair is a place where you can relax, catch up, share a few laughs, and leave feeling like the best version of yourself.

Kara has spent the last 9 years growing her business as a Professional Makeup Artist. After attending Canadian Beauty College in 2017, Kara received her Makeup Artist Diploma, Hairstyling Certificate and Lash Extensions Diploma. She has added to these skills by getting certified in Lash Lifts and Gel Nails over the years. She is always learning, growing and improving her skills and techniques for her clients.

While offering many services at Body Essence, including pedicures, manicures, waxing and lashes, Kara enjoys providing Wedding Makeup and Hairstyling on location. She loves to see her clients feel their best on their most special day!

When Kara is not having fun pampering her clients, she is with her husband, son, dog and cat. Kara's little family is her world and she loves to go on adventures and experience new things with her son, Jace, and husband, Riley.
